    - Lead project slating, scoping and scheduling of quarterly research projects across three core product areas

    - Conduct end-to-end generative, evaluative and tactical user research projects every two to four weeks, using design tools (like Figma) and UXR best practices to create engaging moderation tools and compelling prototypes

    - Support specialized recruits and B2B relationships

    - Analyze research data and share actionable (and accessible) insights to cross-functional stakeholders via written technical reports and design artifacts that effectively communicate research findings

    - Document program processes and project impact to support contract renewal

    - Facilitate regular program retrospectives to evaluate processes and address unmet needs

    - Onboard and mentor new hire UXRs to the enterprise research model and Ads UXR

    - Provide subject matter expertise to marketers, strategists, and other UXRs around digital advertising trends, ads monetization and enterprise research programs

In addition to my role as a UXR, I am a trusted sales partner with proven track record of securing and maintaining enterprise UXR contracts. Since 2021, I have:

    - Supported over $1.5 million in direct

services sold as a subscription research track

    - Supported another $288k in sales via
